We then work closely with you and your Architects to develop a bathroom or kitchen pod solution that meets your needs.

Each pod is made from a 50x50mm welded steel frame and lined with a cellulose fibre reinforced cement building board. The basic composition is Portland cement, ground sand and cellulose fibre. The lining board is fire resistant and conforms to BS 476 Parts 20 & 22-1987 Fire Tests on Building Materials and Structures. The lining is resistant to permanent moisture and mould and won't swell, buckle or deteriorate even when exposed to water. This is bonded and screwed into place for extra security.

As the board is flexible and is not prone to shrinking or swelling like plywood as used by other pod manufacturers, there are virtually no instances of cracked walls or broken tiles in transit.

The advantages steel pods have over concrete pods are they are lightweight, extremely strong, give designers greater flexibility and as they are manufactured in Ireland they do not have to spend as much time in transit, where the risk of damage is highest.

The pods are tiled and fitted by our skilled team out to the client’s specification and our high standard.

All wiring and plumbing is brought back to one point in the service duct for quick and easy connection.

All electrical and plumbing work is fully tested and certified before delivery.
